PENGURUSAN DAN TEKNOLOGI PEJABAT SEMESTER 1

Assalamualaikum and salam sejahtera

during sem 1, yall takkan belajar dah elc, ctu, and ued. Utk HBU111 u gais still kena hadap for 1 sem which is 14 weeks of kawad :) hv fun!! Honestly sem 1 was so fun because office management is the only course that only have 2 final paper!!! See yall??  Be proud of your course because in UITM jengka,  only diploma office management hv 2 final paper 😜 course lain semua ada byk paper heheheheh for this sem yall akan study new course which is personality development, office administration 1, business mathematic,  and documents processing 1.

HBU110 - as u guys already know,  nothing special in this course. It just koko. Just like sem interim,  i sambung je dgn kesatria kompeni delta plantun 18. Yg lead kompeni delta is komander afnan and yg ajar my plantun kawad is komander akmal. This sem, everyone kena pergi kem kat sri gading for 2 days 1 night. No exception. Sakit je sixth sense ke still kena pergi. Kem sri gading? Well, nothing fun. If u r lazy like me, u will hate it. If u r not lazy like me u will still hate it.  Why?  U guys will know why once you go to the camp. U guys can pm me if u guys hv any questions 😊👍

OBM100 (personality development aka pd) - for this course,  you guys will study how to act as a professional worker. Ur lecturer will teach u guys how to eat healthy and maintain ur weight. The reason why you guys need to wear make up. If ur lecturer rajin,  they will also teach u how to makeup!! U guys will also learn a proper ways of sitting and standing , also walking while wearing heels. U guys pun akan diajar table etiquette dimana korang akan belajar cara pegang sudu,  garfu, pisau dgn betul. Cara nk makan, minum, apa semua tu korang akan belajar.  It was so fun!!!  And please remember, your lecturer will give u marks based on your appearance during class. Please wear baju yg proper to class,  for man especially,  you guys needs to wear baju kemeja with tie. Seluar slack, kasut formal tu idk whats the name of it and also dont forget ur stokin kena lebih dr buku lali. Rambut kemas!! My lecturer used to be madam hazlin and shes one of senior lecture.  Her eyes were so tajam.  she knows if ur baju or seluar is not bergosok.  So guys please gosok dulu baju tu before come to class! For girls pls pls pls wear makeup everytime u went to ur class, especially lipstick.  Please make sure that ur bag always hv lipstick, apply it to ur lips everytime its gone. Certain lecturer does not want their students wear flats to class so guys kena hadap lah dgn sabar.  Pakai lah yall heels pergi kelas!!  Goodluck lah ye. For this course,  korang cuma ada presentation je, takde final exam tapi lecturer still akan buat test at the end of the semester which is during week 13/14. Masa presentation,  korang kena pakai baju formal, jangan lupa kasut bertutup yg bertumit dan warna gelap for girls. 10% for appearance!! ((fyi tajuk presentation i was table etiquette, if u guys hv any questions regarding this topic,  u guys can always asked for my help. Just pm me at twt or ig))

OBM131 - this course korang akan belajar mostly fakta pasal office.  Ni kos menghafal ye.  Kalau korang jenis pandai hafal,  tahniah lah korang dah boleh dpt A dah for this course. Assignment utk course ni kena interview mana mana office yg korang nak. Complicated sikit lah tapi senang jee kalau korang faham apa yg lecturer koramg nk senanya.  After interview korang kena present and hantar report. Thats all. This course ada final exam ye.  Its okay senang je paper final course ni.  Byk byk buat latihan past sem paper,  soalan ulamg ulang je insya allah boleh jawab semua aamiin!! 👍

MAT - this course pun senang gak. No joke.  Cam biasalah math kan,  kena buat latihan byk sikit.  Kalau tak paham,  terus tanya lecturer.  Angkat tangan during class and ask ur lecturer if u dont understand anythings. If takleh gak,  go to your lecturer's room and personally asked them to teach u.  Try to do ur best because i know everyone can score this course if they try harder. This course pun ada final exam. If u practice everydays,  u can answers every question with a smile on ur face.

OBM121 - idk how to descrive this course,  if u hv the skills,  then u are good.  If not,  u needs to practice more so that u can be as good as everyone else.  Ur lecturer will teach u how to speed typing without looking at you keyboard and computer's screen. If not mistaken my lect teached us how to type using all 10 of our fingers for 6/7 weeks. So lama right??  After dah belajar menaip laju 30wpm,  kitorang belajar format utk buat letter,  report,  memo and table.  This course does not hv final exam but they do have test during week 13/14. First test is speed typing.  U r given 5 minutes utk taip semula perkataan yang ada kat dlm kertas soalan tu.  Salah taip satu perkataan potong 5 markah. Kalau tak sempat taip semua perkataan,  kena lah potong markah. setiap satu perkataan yg tertinggal,  kena potong 5 markah. If korang tertinggal 10 perkataan,  kena tolak lah 50 markah. Test ni ada 5 paper. Satu paper 100 markah. Next text is common test. Just ingat format report letter memo and table and u guys dah boleh score dah this paper. Just please no typo!!!  Salah format tolak 1.5 marks. if typo,  tolak 5 marks. Test ni ada 2 paper tak silap.  Satu paper 100 markah.  Each section 25 markah.  5 marks for format and another 20 marks is for accuracy.
